We are a popular and flourishing IT Services Provider, AnyIT in Needham Market. We offer a wide range of IT Business & Consumer IT support services including Hardware support, Network support, Telecoms & VOIP, Web design and Security software to clients across Suffolk and beyond.

Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a sharp and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a small team environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects. The role covers 1st and 2nd support functions. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to grow with the company, expanding your skill set, responsibilities and autonomy.

The Role

  • Remote & Onsite support
  • Hosted Telecoms support
  • Reporting to the 3rd Line Manager
  • Microsoft Training Provided
  • A chance to help grow and mould yourself, and the company
  • Working with a WIDE variety of customers, covering multiple business sectors

The Candidate

  • Experience troubleshooting computer software and hardware
  • Networking skills, cisco, juniper, draytek
  • Strong communicator
  • Clear and friendly telephone manner
  • Ideally MCP qualified but not required
  • 1 years + in IT Support
  • Own car with full driving license

Beneficial

  • Experience working in an IT role within an MSP or similar IT services provider
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and knowledge of ConnectWise products is an advantage

Salary £16,000 to £19,000 (40 Hours per week)

 

Junior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a sharp and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a small team environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects. The role covers 1st support functions, ideally suited to a person starting their first IT job. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to grow with the company, expanding your skill set, responsibilities and autonomy. With associated course possible linked to an Apprenticeship programme.

The Role

  • Remote & Onsite support
  • Hosted Telecoms support
  • Reporting to the 3rd Line Manager
  • Microsoft Training Provided
  • A chance to help grow and mould yourself, and the company
  • Working with a WIDE variety of customers, covering multiple business sectors

The Candidate

  • Proven ability to learn through School grade of related or unrelated work experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Clear and friendly telephone manner
  • Own car with full driving license

Salary £7,000 to £16,000 (depending on PQE) (40 Hours per week)
