The main purpose within this position is to give 1st & 2nd line technical support, providing telephone and face to face support for business customers and consumers, working to fixed timescales.
The position is within a small business working within East Anglia. You will be both office and on site, either accompanied by another member of staff or by yourself.
You will be expected to manage your own workload, however this is overseen via a comprehensive ticketing system.
Mobile telephone will be supplied as will expenses related to travel to and from customer sites.
Key requirements for the job
An impeccable telephone manner
Organised person who can plan time effectively
Able to think on your feet
Full UK driving licence, ideally held for more than 2 years.
Willing to learn about the IT and Telecoms industry
MCP/ MCTIP or equivalent certificate within the last 3 years.
or completion of UK apprenticeship program.
