From fixed monthly prices to ad-hoc support

As an Ipswich based IT support company, we are able to support the whole of East Anglia. With an understanding of how a huge variety of businesses operate, we are able to understand and support your needs in a timely and efficient manner.

We will provide you with business IT support and a trust in us that’s required from any support personnel you contract or employ.

We have a fixed hourly rate for all business-related computer issues of £40 + VAT for the first 30 minutes, and £25 + VAT for every 30 minutes thereafter. This price reflects the complex nature of business computer support and the extended knowledge involved in working with servers and networks.

Ad-Hoc IT Support

Support as and when you require it. Just pay for the time you use! Only suitable if you do NOT have a need for a rapid response, if things do go wrong.

Yearly Retainer

As ad-hoc support, but with the response time you would expect from a monthly support package.

Monthly support contracts are the perfect way to fix your IT costs. Below are our current plans for 2015 to 2016.

Plan Includes

  • Free call outs
  • All support labour costs included, plus remote support
  • Anti Virus and Offsite Backup for ALL computers and servers
  • 9–5 Support, 5 days a week
  • Response times:-
    • Call Back – within 2 hours,
    • 1st line support contact – within 5 hours
    • Onsite if needed – within 16 hours

Ad Hoc IT Support

Sometimes you just need support for a system upgrade, or single issue you’re having, so ongoing support wouldn’t work for you. We see a lot of smaller businesses that require just such a service.

For a fixed hourly rate we will attend your site, or work remotely, to solve your issue and get you up and running. Labour is charged at £40 + vat for the first 30 minutes, and £25 + vat for every 30 minutes thereafter, with no additional call out charge within 15 miles.

Supporting any IT issues you have, from printer installs to server migrations.

Of course, you wont get any monitoring or proactive maintenance with this type of package, and jobs are normally scheduled at yours and our earliest convenience. 

Yearly Support Retainer

When a monthly support contract is too much, and Ad-hoc doesn’t quite cut it, we offer a yearly retainer. You receive the support levels our monthly customers are accustomed to, with our entry level proactive monitoring. We would normally require any customer spending more than £400 a year with us on support, to take up a retainer. It includes 3 hours of support, but this is normally used to cover telephone support over the year.
