Job Summary:

As a Service Delivery Manager at AnyIT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to our diverse client base. You will directly manage technical teams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and ensure that our services meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Team Management:

    • Directly manage a team of 6, responsible for delivering services to our clients.
    • Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for client relationships and act as an advocate for their needs.
    • Understand and address client requirements, concerns, and expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management:

    • Ensure that services provided adhere to agreed-upon SLAs and quality standards.
    • Monitor SLA compliance and address any deviations or issues promptly.
  4. Technical Oversight:

    • Collaborate with technical team leads to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
    • Coordinate technical resources, provide technical guidance, and escalate technical issues as needed.
  5. Incident and Problem Management:

    • Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems, working with technical teams to minimize client downtime and disruptions.
    • Implement preventive measures to reduce incidents.
  6. Client Onboarding and Transition:

    • Participate in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of client requirements.
  7. Service Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports on service performance, key metrics, and client-specific information.
    • Share reports with clients and internal stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • ITIL certification is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery, client management, and team leadership within an MSP or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of managed services, IT, or relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in service management tools and technologies
